Step into a role where your product leadership shapes safer, smarter and more engaging omni‑channel customer experiences across both physical venues and digital platforms. As part of a high‑performing product team, you’ll help drive the next evolution of how customers interact with our TAB seamlessly across touchpoints.

How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Head of Product - Customer & Channels, you'll lead omni channel product strategy and delivery across retail and digital, driving commercial outcomes, safer play, and standout customer experiences.

  • Own the omni channel roadmap across retail venues and digital, ensuring journeys and value propositions are consistent where they should be, and intentionally differentiated where they can add value
  • Lead product strategies that lift customer experience and reduce risk
  • Mentor and coach Product Owners within your Mission
  • Work on projects that drive execution of product upgrades using secure, scalable technologies
  • Explore new tech & AI (e.g., age estimation, facial recognition) to enhance safety and experience
  • Lead next generation retail venue transformation and its integration with our digital ecosystem
  • Oversee end to end commercial management and financial performance
  • Shape cross functional collaboration across product, engineering, data, compliance and marketing

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a strategic thinker who thrives in fast‑paced environments, with the confidence to lead complex product initiatives and the curiosity to uncover what customers need next.

  • Experienced in shaping customer‑focused, omni‑channel product strategies
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional delivery teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with data‑driven decision making
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity
  • Strong capability in digital product development and lifecycle
