About the Role

As a Product Owner for Agent Tools, Salesforce, and Messaging, this role would focus on optimising and managing the tools and platforms that support Tabcorp's sales, customer service, and communication efforts.

This role involves overseeing the development and enhancement of these systems to ensure they meet the needs of internal stakeholders and drive business objectives.

Working closely with the Product Manager and stakeholders to define the product vision, prioritise features and user stories, and ensure that the development team is focusing on the right items to meet our customer needs.

You need to understand how customers use the product, which features are successful, and what needs to be optimised. You have a deep understanding of user data and digital analytics tools.

About You

  • Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) as well as an understanding of how messaging platforms enhance customer communication.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including a proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
