The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate, Commercial & Disputes to join our Legal team in a key advisory role supporting complex corporate, commercial and contentious matters across the business. This is a broad, high-impact role where you’ll operate as a trusted legal partner to senior stakeholders, helping navigate commercial risk in a highly regulated environment.
Reporting to the General Counsel – Wagering & Corporate, you’ll provide pragmatic, commercially grounded advice across transactions and disputes, manage matters end-to-end with external counsel, and support the business to make well-informed decisions in fast-moving and often high-stakes contexts.
