What you’ll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across people, process, and technology. This Senior Manager - Service Management role ensures service quality, operational governance, and strategic improvement in a highly outsourced environment, focusing on ITIL-based processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Oversee IT service performance, SLAs, and 24/7 major incident resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation across service management.
  • Lead and develop high-performing service teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate service health.
  • Ensure compliance with security, licensing, and audit requirements.
  • Optimise costs and drive proactive risk mitigation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in IT service management in complex environments.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
