What you’ll do  
 
Central to the success of our COE, the Senior Manager of Vendor and Contract Management will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and operation of the vendor and contract management best practice process and activity.  
 
You are a skilled professional who can oversee Vendor Relationship and Performance Management, ensuring optimal service delivery and value for Tabcorp. Financial management and performance reporting are key, as is driving continuous improvement and risk management initiatives. 
 
This role involves strategising partner service relationships, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You'll lead contract development, negotiate agreements, and manage variations and disputes. You will also be dealing with managed services for finance and accounting (F&A) supplied by a third-party service provider. 
 

What you’ll bring  

  • Extensive end-to-end Procurement / Contract Management BPO commercial agreement experience 

  • Sound commercial negotiation & management skills within an enterprise environment

  • Effective leadership experience ~ to inspire and guide the team

  • Experience with influencing, presenting to, negotiating with & reporting into the ELT 

  • Demonstrated history of driving deep operational excellence through process improvements 

  • A problem-solving mindset with a service & delivery focus
