What you’ll do

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet organisational goals and are delivered on time and within budget. You will manage cross-functional teams, foster stakeholder relationships, and provide regular updates, while driving process improvements and mentoring junior team members.

• Lead and deliver multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for optimal project execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff, promoting a high-performance team culture.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.

What you’ll bring

• A minimum 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications (e.g., CPPM, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Proven track record managing large, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of IT operations; ITIL certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in regulated environments and leading complex projects.
• Experience with cloud technologies and migration projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
