What you’ll do 

We are looking for a Service Support Officer role at our Eight Mile Plains Office. The purpose of this role is to assist venues with their day-to-day operations in line with our MAX procedures. You will be re-connecting gaming venues and machines to our network, diagnosing and rectifying faults over the phone and coordinating third parties to provide field support. Further, you’ll ensure that every call is handled efficiently, and you’ll provide outstanding customer service.

What you’ll bring

  • Great Customer Service, Communication and Organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in the Gaming/Wagering industry, particularly the use of monitoring software (desirable)
  • An understanding of current Gaming legislation, paperwork, and processes (desirable)
