Your role in action

As Software Engineering Delivery Lead, you’ll report to the Senior Manager and lead delivery outcomes that keep our platforms performing at their best. You’ll guide teams through complex challenges and play a key role in strategic initiatives.

• Lead, support and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Drive product and platform operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate on strategic monitoring solutions to support business strategy
• Ensure compliance, security, and reliability across all delivery activities
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritise work and manage risk effectively
• Champion automation and agile practices to optimise delivery

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a confident leader with proven capability in engineering delivery and platform management. You thrive in complex environments and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

• Significant experience in people leadership within technology teams
• Experience in supporting and operating complex, real-time and highly regulated 24/7 systems and platforms
• Strong knowledge of product and platform operations and maintenance
• Proven ability to deliver strategic initiatives and uplift engineering practices
• Ability to foster collaboration and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Experience driving continuous improvement and agile ways of working
