As Subcontractor Manager within Media and Technical Services at Tabcorp, you play a critical role keeping services running smoothly across the business. You will join a collaborative commercial team that partners closely with operations, finance and field services, making sure the right subcontractors are engaged, compliant and performing at their best.

Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial and Accounts, this role owns the end to end management of subcontractors across Media and Technical Services. You are the central point of coordination, balancing commercial outcomes, risk and service quality while enabling teams on the ground to deliver consistently strong results.

  • Lead subcontractor agreement negotiation, execution and ongoing commercial management
  • Drive compliant onboarding covering licensing, insurance, safety and eligibility requirements
  • Maintain accurate subcontractor records, rate cards and contract documentation
  • Validate timesheets, reports and invoices against agreed scopes and rates
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal operational stakeholders
  • Monitor performance, identify risks and implement continuous improvement actions


What you'll need to succeed

You are commercially minded, detail focused and confident working across multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. You bring proven capability balancing structure with flexibility, and you thrive in roles where no two days are the same.

  • Significant experience managing subcontractors, vendors or commercial agreements
  • Proven ability to interpret contracts, rate cards and commercial documentation
  • Strong understanding of compliance driven environments including safety and licensing
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Highly organised with attention to detail across records, reporting and governance
  • Confident communicator who can resolve issues and drive practical outcomes
