As our Workforce Management Delivery Lead, you'll play a pivotal role as the trusted business owner of a major workforce management implementation, helping connect People and Culture, Payroll, Operations and Technology. This immediate contract opportunity runs to March 2027 offers the chance to influence enterprise-wide outcomes as the program moves through testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
Your role in action
Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services and Finance Transformation, you will provide functional leadership and solution governance across a critical workforce management program. You will help ensure the solution delivers business value while supporting successful deployment across the organisation.
