Workforce Management Delivery Lead (Contract)

As our Workforce Management Delivery Lead, you'll play a pivotal role as the trusted business owner of a major workforce management implementation, helping connect People and Culture, Payroll, Operations and Technology. This immediate contract opportunity runs to March 2027 offers the chance to influence enterprise-wide outcomes as the program moves through testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.

Your role in action

Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services and Finance Transformation, you will provide functional leadership and solution governance across a critical workforce management program. You will help ensure the solution delivers business value while supporting successful deployment across the organisation.

• Lead business-side workforce management deployment activities
• Guide testing, readiness, go-live and hypercare delivery
• Partner with payroll, people and technology stakeholders
• Review implementation recommendations and support decisions
• Provide workforce management expertise (SME) across the program
• Drive alignment between operational and compliance requirements

What you'll need to succeed

You bring a blend of workforce management expertise, delivery leadership and stakeholder influence. You enjoy working across complex programs and helping teams navigate change with confidence.

• Experienced in workforce management system implementations
• Experienced in UKG workforce management solutions preferred
• Proven ability supporting user acceptance testing activities
• Strong capability guiding go-live and hypercare support
• Ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decisions
• Experienced supporting training and business readiness programs
