About the Role

You will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimise customer interactions across EDM, SMS & Rich Push aiming to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty, while also driving revenue and operational efficiency. You will lead a team of 3 Customer Contact Strategy Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Manage the team’s P&L, budget, and forecasting.
  • Lead prioritisation forums to ensure we are contacting the right customer segment at the right time, in the right channel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, risk, and product teams to align strategies.
  • Drive a test-and-learn approach to improve customer experience and performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, including email deliverability and live content enhancements.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, suppression governance, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in direct marketing, with multi-channel CRM expertise.
  • 3+ years leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices across email, SMS, mobile push, and owned channels.
  • Experience in marketing automation, customer lifecycle strategies, and analytics.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to drive innovation.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries, wagering, or sports is a plus.
