Are you a seasoned retail operations professional with a passion for compliance, risk mitigation, and elevating performance standards? At Tabcorp, we’re looking for a Retail Operations Compliance Manager to help lead the charge in delivering high-performing, compliant, and customer-ready retail venues across the country.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across our retail network, ensuring every venue meets the highest standards of operational efficiency, legal compliance, and customer experience. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations across multiple retail venues, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-led strategies, process optimisation, and best practice implementation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk protocols, and resolve operational incidents
  • Support training and development, delivering compliance and operations training in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor performance and compliance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, risk, finance, and retail teams to align on business goals and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Compliance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations, with 2+ years in a compliance or leadership role
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple retail locations and improving operational and compliance outcomes
  • Strong understanding of retail regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strategic mindset
