We are seeking a Lead Producer – TV to oversee editorial and visual consistency across our leading racing channels – Sky 1, Sky 2, and STC. This is your opportunity to drive broadcast excellence while pushing the boundaries of content innovation in the wagering and racing landscape.

What You’ll Do:

As the Lead Producer, you will be the creative and operational anchor of our broadcast team. You'll ensure that every program we air meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and engagement. You will:

• Lead the production and presentation of our live racing coverage to ensure editorial and visual excellence
• Oversee show rundowns and production workflows, guaranteeing smooth execution and compelling storytelling
• Develop and deliver innovative broadcast enhancements designed to elevate audience engagement and support wagering outcomes
• Champion continuous improvement, process optimisation, and strategic innovation across all production practices
• Build collaborative partnerships with internal teams and industry stakeholders
• Inspire and lead a team of Producers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and creativity
• Uphold compliance and editorial integrity, ensuring our content is always accurate, engaging, and aligned with the Sky Racing and Tabcorp brands

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in television production, ideally with a focus on live broadcasting
• Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• A sharp editorial instinct and deep understanding of visual storytelling
• Strong knowledge of the racing and wagering industry – this is essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and an eye for innovation in content and delivery
• A calm, decisive presence under pressure – especially during live events
