About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our MAX Technical Services team, which underpins the delivery of advanced gaming systems and operational technology solutions to our venue partners. You’ll support the delivery of key initiatives, including a high profile national project for one of our key accounts, helping drive process improvements and enabling the delivery of innovative solutions.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising between the external customer and internal operations teams across multiple states
• Collaborating with SMEs to capture business needs and desired future state
• Documenting requirements and processes to the level needed across MAX Technical Services
• Supporting process reviews and identifying improvement opportunities
• Assisting with RFIs, business cases, and release planning
• Ensuring delivery practices align with agile methodologies
• Building trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders
• Maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement

About You

You’re a proactive and collaborative Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems and delivering value. You bring strong analytical skills and can communicate clearly across both business and technical audiences. You’ll also bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis in large commercial environments
• Strong background in evaluating and documenting business/software requirements
• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement
• Experience with agile ways of working
• Proven ability to build effective relationships across business and technology teams
• Understanding of system implementation approaches and technology trends
