Sky Racing is a leader in the racing and sports broadcasting industry, delivering high-quality content to millions of viewers across various platforms. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional viewing experience and are looking for a passionate Associate Production Media Operator to join our dynamic team.

What you'll do: Facilitate all levels of media production at Sky Racing by working with the relevant production teams to capture, process, archive, and deliver content for broadcast and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily setup of required manual and auto records on DART and Dyno.
  • Monitor scheduled ingests daily to ensure their success.
  • Clip and edit media for broadcast and online content.
  • Assist the studio with on-air tasks when required, including full and slo-mo replays, queuing, and rolling media items.
  • Source media archives for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with all relevant teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of broadcast and online content.

What you'll bring:

  • This is an entry-level position, preferred Tertiary education in Media Arts and Production, ideally some experience in broadcast or media environments, we will train for the right person who has a desire to learn and grow into the role.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
