About the Role

As the Executive Producer Media, you will be at the forefront of shaping our editorial voice, content strategy, and production execution across all media formats. You'll lead the end-to-end content process—driving ideas from storyboard to screen—while ensuring everything aligns with Tabcorp’s brand and audience goals.

This role is perfect for a broadcast leader who brings editorial rigor, production excellence, and a sharp eye for audience engagement.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end editorial planning, scripting, and production across TV, radio, and digital platforms
• Uphold high editorial, visual, and audio standards that reflect the Tabcorp brand
• Drive engaging, high-impact content that resonates with wagering and racing audiences
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, and production teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned content
• Use audience insights and performance data to continuously optimise content strategy
• Foster a high-performing production team through strong leadership, coaching, and development
• Ensure accurate, timely race day rundowns and maintain compliance with industry and internal standards

 What you’ll bring

• 10+ years of experience in live television production, with strong editorial and team leadership credentials.
•  A strategic, creative mindset with strong decision-making and storytelling skills.
•  Proven experience managing high-output content teams in fast-paced environments
•  Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
•  An understanding of racing and wagering is an advantage—but not essential
