Your role, your impact 

Supporting our CFO and working as part of a small close-knit team of other EAs, you’ll be the trusted partner who keeps priorities moving and the team connected. Your impact will be felt through the smooth coordination, seamless organisation and support that helps our busy leader and their team perform at their best. 

Amongst other tasks, you will; 

  • Manage a complex calendar, many priorities and changing business demands 

  • Coordinate travel, briefings, meetings and team logistics 

  • Prepare presentations, board reports and executive-ready documentation 

  • Build strong relationships across executives, stakeholders and teams 

  • Support projects, events and initiatives with proactive coordination 

  • Monitor actions and deadlines to keep priorities on track 

What you'll need to succeed 

You’re highly organised, naturally proactive, and bring a calm approach when things move quickly. You enjoy supporting an executive leader, take pride in exceptional attention to detail, and know how to balance competing priorities with confidence and professionalism. 

  • Experience supporting a busy finance leader, in an ASX environment would be ideal 

  • Prior experience preparing board papers, proactively organising the necessary information required and working back from deadlines to do so. 

  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands with confidence 

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present professional communication to multiple types of external audiences  

  • Strong capability preparing presentations and business documents 

  • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders 

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality 

  • Proactive attitude with energy to learn and grow  

  • Willingness to help and support other teams when required
