How You’ll Be Part of the Action
Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you’ll work side by side with operational leaders to bring safety and wellbeing to life. You’ll influence decisions, build capability, and help teams feel confident and empowered. Your work will make a visible difference—safer workplaces, stronger culture, and a proactive approach to wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with leaders to embed health, safety and wellbeing into everyday business practices
Help teams identify and manage risks—physical and psychosocial—so everyone feels safe and supported
Coach and guide leaders to build confidence and capability in creating a positive safety culture
Support investigations and continuous improvement initiatives that make work better for everyone
Share insights and advice that turn compliance into practical, people-focused solutions
