About the Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting HR processes and maintaining accuracy across systems.

You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team, people leaders, and employees across the organisation, gaining hands-on experience while building your HR knowledge. Your work will help create a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee data and maintain accurate records across systems
  • Support payroll and HR administration with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist employees by responding to general queries and providing helpful, customer-focused support
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and workflows
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology
