Your role in action
As our Procurement Operations and Analytics Specialist, you’ll report to the Procurement Operations Manager and work across operations and insights. You’ll keep day‑to‑day purchasing humming while transforming data into clear guidance that improves decisions, compliance and outcomes.
· Lead daily procurement workflows in Oracle Suite (Fusion).
· Investigate issues and resolve order discrepancies quickly.
· Drive compliance and help the business follow procurement processes.
· Managing operational reports and dashboards that highlight operational trends and risks.
· Optimise processes to lift efficiency and reduce non‑compliance.
Your game changing qualities
You’re curious, positive and organised, with a knack for turning complex data into simple, actionable insights. You enjoy improving how things work and you communicate clearly with people at every level.
· Experienced in procurement, purchasing or finance environments.
· Strong administration, organisation and time management skills.
· Ability to prepare analytical reporting, analyse and practical recommendations.
· Skilled with Power BI, Oracle Suite (Fusion) or other ERP system
· Confident communicator who can train others on procurement processes
