Your role, your impact

Reporting to the Head of Technology – Cyber and Digital Risk, you will lead the design, uplift and application of all security policies and standards. You will bring structure, clarity and consistency to how we define, measure and communicate security expectations across the business.

• Lead creation and maintenance of security policies and standards
• Drive education and awareness to uplift security capability across teams
• Create definitions, metrics and processes for collecting security measures
• Influence policy direction across security, commercial and people teams
• Interpret regulatory requirements into clear and practical policy guidance
• Support a high compliance information security system to operate effectively

What you'll need to succeed

You are a policy-focused security professional who knows how to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable standards. You bring sound judgement, strong communication and a commitment to uplifting others across the organisation.

• Experienced in managing security policy frameworks and systems
• Proven ability to interpret regulation and shape practical policy
• Strong capability in managing compliance from a commercial perspective
• Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders with confidence
• Experienced in solving problems through thoughtful and structured approaches
