Tabcorp is seeking a Senior Digital Data Analyst to join its CX Analytics team on a 6 month daily rate contract, bringing strong digital analytics expertise and a passion for improving customer experience.
 
Working within a multi‑disciplinary team, the role plays a key part in delivering Tabcorp’s digital and retail initiatives across web and app platforms, with responsibility for analysing customer behaviour, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive meaningful enhancements across digital channels.

Your role, your impact

  • Use digital analytics tools (Adobe Real-Time CDP/Edge, Adobe CJA, Adobe Analytics, GA4, ContentSquare) to analyse customer behaviour and uncover trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key customer experience and performance KPIs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and UX/UI teams to identify and prioritise customer experience improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Design and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to optimise digital experiences and improve conversion rates.
  • Segment customers using demographic, behavioural, and psychographic data, and develop customer personas to support targeted marketing and CX strategies.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to create a holistic view of the end-to-end customer journey and identify optimisation opportunities.
 

What you'll need to succeed

 
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, CJA, Adobe Edge, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Adobe Workspace, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations at all levels.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience through data-driven initiatives.
