How you'll be part of the action

As Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will report to the Head of Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Policy and sit within a collaborative, high-impact team. Acting as the primary connection between our business and regulators, you’ll guide projects through regulatory processes, build trusted external relationships, and help position Tabcorp for sustainable commercial success across multiple jurisdictions.

• Lead regulatory engagement for business projects across applicable jurisdictions
• Drive regulatory submissions and approval processes for new and evolving products
• Partner with internal teams to understand strategy and shape regulatory approaches
• Create strong, trusted relationships with government and regulatory stakeholders
• Provide clear, practical regulatory advice to support business decisions

What success looks like
You bring sound judgement, strong relationships, and the confidence to operate in complex, highly regulated environments. You balance commercial thinking with integrity, communicate clearly, and thrive when working across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Significant experience operating within complex regulatory or government environments
• Proven ability to develop and manage regulatory submissions and approvals
• Strong relationship-building skills with regulators and government stakeholders
• Ability to influence, persuade, and collaborate across varied audiences
• Sound experience in translating legal and legislative commercial requirements
• Strong problem-solving mindset with commercial and analytical capability
