At MAX, we’re always on the lookout for eager, positive, self-starters to join our Technical Services Team. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in servicing, maintaining, and installing gaming equipment in venues, clubs, and pubs, ensuring they operate at their best.

About the role

Experience a role that’s anything but ordinary. With exciting variety and diverse responsibilities, no two days are the same. Engage in a range of activities from installations and remedial maintenance to on-the-road venue visits, workshops, and in-house repairs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
  • An interest in electronics with some prior experience servicing electronic equipment, whether gained through work, hobbies or personal projects
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Integrity, respect, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to obtain and maintain industry Gaming licenses, and a full driver’s license
  • Availability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evenings, providing you with a varied and engaging work schedule.
