Join Tabcorp as a Business Analyst on a 12-month daily rate contract, working on the replacement of our legacy Incentive Compensation system with a vendor provided solution.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, map processes, and support the integration of a new module within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Oracle Fusion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis of our legacy Incentive Compensation system.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define solution needs.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Support testing, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and compliance standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on enterprise-wide software integration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working on ERP implementation projects (preferably Oracle Fusion)
  • Experience with Incentive Compensation modules will be highly beneficial.
  • Experience working with vendors for delivery.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in agile environments and enterprise transformation initiatives.
