Join Tabcorp as a Senior Solution Architect on a 12-month daily rate contract, designing the replacement of an Incentive Compensation module within the enterprise landscape.

At Tabcorp, we’re all about creating winning moments. Behind the thrill of over 1 billion bets a year is a powerhouse of cutting-edge tech and a passionate team driving it forward.

You’ll design a secure, scalable, and reliable full-stack solution to replace our aging Incentive Compensation system, most likely with the addition of a new module into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This may spa infrastructure, applications, devices, and cloud, helping Tabcorp unlock enterprise-wide technology benefits with a focus on delighting our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end solution design across business-critical systems (e.g. ERP), aligning architecture with enterprise strategy and future-state vision.
  • Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, roadmaps, and reference models to guide scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
  • Drive architectural governance, ensuring compliance with standards while enabling agility, rapid delivery, and business innovation.
  • Collaborate across technology and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable designs and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Continuously assess and evolve the IT landscape, identifying technical debt, redundancies, and opportunities for emerging technology adoption.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Solution Architect leading large-scale corporate/business systems design.
  • Strong technical background in ERP software (preferably Oracle Fusion) including experience with Incentive Compensation modules.
  • Skilled in application development and translating business requirements into technical deliverables with engineering teams.
  • Experienced in creating architectural documentation, IT strategies, roadmaps, and communicating them effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in agile, DevOps, cybersecurity, IT governance, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
