Step into a high-impact role as a Senior Project Manager, driving the delivery of our next-generation Workforce Management (WFM) transformation. This is your opportunity to deliver a strategic initiative that will reshape how we manage our people, payroll, and operations.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a business-critical transformation project across WFM, Payroll, and HCM systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, building trust and transparency across all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure delivery excellence, applying agile and hybrid methodologies to enable rapid, high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale enterprise technology projects, including WFM, Payroll, and HCM domains.
• Strong understanding of Workforce Management systems (preferably UKG, previously known as Kronos) and Payroll/HCM platforms (preferably Oracle Fusion).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in project governance, vendor management, and navigating complex organisational landscapes.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, change management, and enterprise transformation best practices.
