Join Tabcorp as a Senior Project Manager and take ownership of a strategic initiative to replace our Incentive Compensation module, in this 12-month daily rate contract role.

You will manage the delivery of a new Incentive Compensation solution, replacing an ageing legacy platform. This will be integrated into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, Oracle Fusion. You will take the project from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery across technology and business teams.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
  • Build strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels.
  • Apply agile and hybrid delivery methods to enable rapid, high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering enterprise-wide software integration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendor delivered ERP implementations (ideally Oracle Fusion).
  • Prior experience with Incentive Compensation modules will be highly beneficial.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
  • Expertise in project governance, change management, and agile delivery.
