What you’ll do - (must be available for morning, afternoon and night shift).

Tabcorp's Wagering Operations Control Centre is looking for customer-focused professionals to join their team as Raceday Controllers on a casual basis. Raceday Controllers are responsible for accurately entering racing and sports data into Tabcorp systems for each event. The role primarily involves providing real-time race information and control services to the Wagering business, both nationally and internationally.

The Raceday Controller position is a team-based role that operates on a rotating roster, 22 hours a day, 364 days a year. This schedule includes early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, with shifts ranging from 7 am to 5 am. Applicants should be available for both day and night shifts.

What you’ll bring

  • Racing industry knowledge/experience highly regarded
  • High level of accuracy with data entry and solid computer skills
  • Ability to maintain high concentration levels and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to be available to work across multiple shift patterns (Day, afternoon, night) and rotating rosters
