What you’ll do  

A commercially astute team player, you’ll be working in the Enterprise Architecture team leading the design, architecture & integration solutions that will drive Tabcorp’s efficiency and growth whilst aligning business strategy with IT. 

As a trusted expert in leveraging & optimising technologies, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining the enterprise architectural blueprints and diagrams at the group level.

Additionally, you will guide the business in understanding and implementing robust, sustainable technology solutions to ensure the organisation's technology is future proof.

What you’ll bring

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management.
• Strong Enterprise architecture experience across digital tech and/or a complex transformation. (Zachman, TOGAF, Gartner)
• Expertise in creating and documenting architecture and designs, managing EA repositories, and outlining guidelines to support a dynamic technology and business landscape.
• Robust background developing business-aligned IT strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies, including all Digital tech, Integration services, cloud, AI.
• A Collaborative delivery mindset to work with various supplier models, utilising agile, lean, and DevOps practices.
