We’re hiring a Controls & Quality Assurance Manager to lead structured checks and audits that test whether key processes and controls are working. You’ll coach teams, help fix issues, track remediation, and act as the bridge between policy and practice. This hands-on role has a strong focus on frameworks, reporting, and stakeholder influence.
How you'll be part of the action
As our Controls & Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll report to senior leadership and work closely with both the enterprise risk team and frontline business units. You’ll lead audits, influence stakeholders, and embed a strong risk culture across the organisation.
Lead structured checks and audits to test key processes and controls.
Coach teams to resolve issues and track remediation effectively.
Collaborate with enterprise risk and frontline teams to bridge policy and practice.
Develop and maintain frameworks for monitoring compliance and control effectiveness.
Prepare clear, insightful reports for senior leaders and the Board.
Drive continuous improvement in risk management and quality assurance processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You’re a confident professional who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving. You bring deep knowledge of risk and control principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
Significant experience in risk management, compliance, or quality assurance.
Proven ability to design and execute audits and structured control checks.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence and build trust across teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes with confidence.
Comfort working with risk frameworks and reporting systems.
Collaborative mindset with capability to coach and support others.
