As our Controls & QA Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how risk and compliance come to life in practice—not just on paper. What you’ll do

In this hands-on role, you’ll make sure the business is doing what it says when it comes to managing risk and following rules. You’ll lead structured assurance activities, coach teams, and influence better practices across the organisation. Your day will include:

• Running targeted control checks and formal audits to test key processes and risk controls.
• Analysing trends and systemic issues, then working with business units to resolve findings and track remediation.
• Designing frameworks, templates, and dashboards to make assurance scalable and efficient.
• Preparing clear reports for senior leaders and the Board, highlighting insights and recommended actions.

What you'll bring

You’re a pragmatic risk and assurance professional who can turn frameworks into action and influence stakeholders at all levels. You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset. Specifically, you’ll bring:

• Expertise in designing structured assurance or QA frameworks and guiding others in their application.
• Ability to apply risk and compliance principles pragmatically in a commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for writing clear, actionable reports and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience creating tools, dashboards, and workflows that make assurance efficient and scalable.
• A sharp eye for detail on individual controls, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture and spot systemic risks.
