Your role in action

Reporting to the Head of Partnering, you’ll provide expert advice and support across the employee lifecycle. Collaborate with leaders to define and implement strategic people initiatives.

• Influence and lead contemporary people practices across portfolios.
• Support the delivery change projects and programs, ensuring readiness and seamless execution.
• Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
• Partner with leaders to realise operating models and build strong-performing teams.
• Provide leadership coaching and mentoring for a consistent and progressive employee experience.
• Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislative requirements.
• Ensuring HR processes, documentation and systems meet compliance and legislative requirement

Your Game Changing Qualities

• Your ability to engage stakeholders and deliver with precision sets you apart
• At least 5 years of HR experience
• Experience in ER case management
• Proven capability to provide expert advice across diverse people matters
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
