About the Role
Tabcorp’s B2B contact centre, located in Granville, is pivotal in supporting our venue partners across our core business operations. On-the-job training will be provided to bring you up to speed with our products, including TAB, MAX and Sky. Multiple positions available! Start date is as soon as possible!
What you'll do
Answer inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
Support our venue partners with maintaining MAX GAMING facilities
Deliver an exceptional experience to all customers
Maintain accurate records of venue calls

Role Details
This is a 3 month casual role with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements
Being a casual position, the hours and days of work are based on business requirements with a high likelihood of working every Saturday
Role commences ASAP!
You must be available to attend onsite, compulsory training for your first 1-2 weeks
What you'll bring
This role is ideally suited to applicants who have previously worked in phone based customer service however this is not a mandatory requirement. You’ll be computer savvy, hard-working, a quick learner and detail focused. Most importantly, you’ll be a natural communicator with the ability to engage and excite a broad range of customers.
