About the Role
Tabcorp’s business to business contact centre, (located in Granville, Western Sydney) is pivotal in supporting our venue partners across our core business operations. Full, on-the-job training will be provided to bring you up to speed with our products, including TAB, MAX and Sky. Multiple positions are available, starting as soon as possible!
What you'll do
Answer inbound calls and webchats
Support our venue partners?to maintain?TAB, MAX and Sky facilities?
Answer calls in a timely and efficient manner,?delivering an exceptional experience to all customers
Handle escalations, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives?
Maintain accurate records of venue calls

Role Details
We have multiple roles available
Hours of work are based off a 5-week rotating roster, with shifts that will range from 7.30am – 4pm, 9am – 5.30pm and 2.30pm – 11pm
Role commences as soon as possible!
You must be available to attend fully paid, full-time, onsite, compulsory training for 4-5 weeks
What you'll bring
This role is ideally suited to applicants who have previously worked in customer service roles?with a preference for gaming or TAB experience?(this is not mandatory)?as well as a?passion for delivering a great customer experience. You’ll be computer savvy, hard-working, a quick learner and detail focused. Most importantly, you’ll be a natural communicator with the ability to engage and excite a broad range of customers.
