Your role in action

Reporting to the Head of Partnering, you’ll provide expert advice and support across the employee lifecycle. Your work will influence engagement, compliance, and positive outcomes for our people.

• Assist with providing advice on HR policies and procedures.
• Support leaders and the HR team in resolving people-related issues (including formal ER matters)
• Help with activities that improve employee engagement and experience.
• Ensure accuracy in following workplace laws and company guidelines.
• Work with different teams to deliver HR programs and projects.
• Keep records up to date and pay attention to detail in all tasks.
