Step into the action
You will lead Tabcorp’s national oncourse wagering channel, setting direction, lifting commercial performance, and shaping how customers experience racing on course. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the customer experience, strengthen industry relationships, and deliver commercial results.
Your role
Reporting to the Head of Industry Partnerships and Oncourse Operations, you will oversee national operational delivery, commercial outcomes, customer experience, and people leadership across a geographically dispersed team.
A key part of your role will be partnering with race clubs and industry stakeholders to deliver a consistent, engaging oncourse wagering experience. Working closely with your State Managers, you’ll drive alignment in service delivery, process consistency and performance outcomes across all states and territories.
