How you'll be part of the action

As Customer Operations Manager, reporting to the Senior Customer Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of technicians who keep our venues running smoothly. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, team culture, and service excellence across your region.

  • Lead a skilled technical team to deliver outstanding customer-focused service
  • Drive consistent service delivery that meets contractual service levels
  • Create a strong team culture grounded in collaboration and shared success
  • Optimise processes to support a national, unified approach to service
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across operations
  • Champion safety and compliance across all gaming jurisdictions

  • Experienced in leading teams in technical or service delivery environments
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop people to achieve great results
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across diverse teams
  • Strong communication skills across verbal, written and interpersonal interactions
  • Ability to manage priorities and drive outcomes in dynamic environments
