About the Role

We’re looking for two Management Accountants to join our Sydney‑based Commercial Finance team, supporting a mix of marketing-led portfolios and broader commercial operations across the business.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insights, support performance management, and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives — all while building strong commercial capability in a dynamic, consumer-focused environment.

Based in our Sydney city office, these roles offer hands‑on experience, high visibility, and excellent opportunities for development within Commercial Finance.

What You’ll Do

• Support month-end, half-year and year-end reporting, including management packs.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and planning across marketing and commercial portfolios.
• Provide financial, commercial and trend analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain P&L accuracy, governance and compliance, including audit support.
• Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders on performance and initiatives.
• Support enterprise-wide Commercial Finance priorities as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

About You

You’re commercially curious, analytically capable, and ready to take the next step in your finance career. You communicate clearly, learn fast, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to understand the commercial story behind the numbers.

You’ll also bring:

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
• 2–4 years’ experience in finance, accounting or analytical roles. Big 4 or mid-tier accounting experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders
• ERP experience (Oracle Fusion, Smart View) desirable but not essential
• Exposure to marketing, media or commercial environments helpful
• A proactive mindset and desire to build long-term commercial capability
