HOW YOU’LL BE PART OF THE ACTION 

Reporting to the National Senior Manager, Investigations, you’ll deliver end-to-end investigation services across internal and external matters. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring procedural fairness, regulatory compliance, and sound governance, while handling sensitive matters with accuracy, integrity, and confidence. 

• Lead end-to-end investigations into misconduct, regulatory breaches, and whistleblower concerns 

• Conduct structured interviews, managing witnesses and assessing credibility with fairness 

• Analyse documents, data, and conflicting evidence using sound investigative methodology 

• Prepare clear, factual investigation reports and recommendations for improvement 

• Liaise professionally with regulators, law enforcement.

• Escalate risks, systemic issues, and control gaps with sound judgment 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED 

You’re confident, methodical, and driven by getting to the truth. You bring strong investigative judgement, balance empathy with objectivity, and communicate clearly in high-stakes situations. 

• Experienced in conducting structured investigations from allegation through to outcome 

• Proven ability to interview people confidently and manage sensitive witness interactions 

• Strong capability in evidence analysis and applying rules of evidence 

• Experienced in writing clear, defensible investigation reports and briefs of evidence 

• Strong understanding of procedural fairness, confidentiality, and integrity 

• Ability to remain calm, objective, and professional under pressure
