Financial crime risk underpins trust, integrity, and sustainable growth. This role exists to strengthen how we identify, manage, and respond to financial crime risk across Tabcorp. Sitting within our risk function, you’ll play an influential role supporting enterprise governance, shaping risk decisions, and helping the business respond confidently to an evolving regulatory environment.

Your Role In Action

Reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Strategy and Compliance, the Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst supports the delivery of enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with teams across product, technology, customer operations, and risk, influencing how financial crime controls are designed, embedded, and improved.

  • Lead enterprise financial crime risk assessments and scenario reviews
  • Drive risk assessments for new or changing products, systems, and customers
  • Influence stakeholders to uplift financial crime controls and governance
  • Support delivery of financial crime transformation initiatives
  • Create clear, executive-ready risk and governance reporting

What You'll Need To Succeed

You’re a risk professional who balances regulatory expectations with practical outcomes. You bring confidence, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to translate complex risk issues into clear and actionable insights.

  • Experienced in financial crime risk, compliance, or assurance environments
  • Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidance and emerging risk trends
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Ability to translate risk insights into practical improvements
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
