This is 6 month daily rate contract role where your organisation skills and calm coordination keep big ambitions moving forward.

Your role, your impact 
Reporting to a senior delivery leader, this role acts as the heartbeat of milestone delivery across teams. You will provide visibility, confidence, and rhythm across planning, execution, and reporting, helping leaders and squads stay connected from sprint outcomes through to strategic objectives.

• Lead the maintenance of a centralised milestone tracker across teams and delivery streams 
• Drive follow-up of deliverables, ensuring commitments are met or clearly re-baselined 
• Facilitate cross-team dependency mapping and escalate risks before delivery is impacted 
• Coordinate sprint progress updates and highlight delivery confidence ahead of milestones 
• Prepare clear, consolidated status reports and dashboards for stakeholders 
• Support planning events, milestone reviews, and retrospectives across teams 

What you'll need to succeed

You are an organised, proactive delivery professional who brings structure to complexity and thrives in collaborative environments. You balance attention to detail with a big-picture mindset and communicate confidently with teams and senior stakeholders alike. 
 

• Experience coordinating milestones across multiple teams using Jira, with strong governance routines 
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working and cross-team planning approaches 
• Proven capability in dependency mapping, risk management, and early issue escalation 
• Skilled in producing clear, executive-ready reporting and delivery insights 
• Ability to manage plan changes, communicate impacts, and maintain agreed baselines 
• Highly organised and calm under pressure with a strong accountability mindset
