Ever wondered what it takes to roll out new technology at scale across a live retail network? This role sits at the heart of a major terminal rollout, making sure teams across the state feel confident, capable, and ready from day one. As part of our Retail Operations team, you will bring the rollout to life through engaging learning experiences that drive adoption and set our retail partners up for success. 

Your role, your impact 

Reporting to the Retail Operations and Capability Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality training for a large-scale terminal rollout program. You will be a visible, trusted presence in the field, travelling regularly and working closely with teams to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective training delivery across multiple channels. 

• Lead state-based training delivery for a major terminal rollout program 

• Deliver engaging face to face and virtual training sessions 

• Adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences and learning needs 

• Coordinate train-the-trainer support during peak rollout periods 

• Maintain training records, feedback, and continuous improvement insights 

• Collaborate with facilitators to ensure consistent messaging and standards

You are a confident, engaging facilitator who thrives in fast-paced, on-the-ground environments. You bring a genuine passion for learning, the ability to connect with diverse audiences, and the resilience to keep pace with a dynamic rollout schedule. 

• Significant experience delivering engaging, high-energy training sessions 

• Proven ability to adapt communication style across varied audiences 

• Strong organisation skills with a proactive, flexible mindset 

• Confidence working independently while staying connected to a broader team 

• Capability using digital tools to support training and reporting 

• Willingness to travel regularly and represent the program professionally
