About the Role

We’re looking for a Procurement Data Analyst to support our Procurement team in driving commercial value and operational excellence. This role is all about turning data into actionable insights that improve decision-making, optimise costs, and strengthen supplier management. Specifically, you will:

• Analyse procurement spend data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Oracle FDI, Power BI, and Excel.
• Provide insights to Procurement, Finance, and Category Managers to support strategic decisions.
• Assist with sourcing events (RFIs, RFQs, tenders) and maintain contract registers.
• Contribute to process improvements and system optimisation across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Build performance scorecards and procurement KPIs to track success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end procurement outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

You’re an analytical thinker who enjoys turning data into clear, actionable insights that improve commercial decision-making. You bring curiosity, commercial awareness and strong stakeholder skills, along with:

• Experience in procurement, analytics or commercial operations
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel, Power BI and data visualisation skills
• Understanding of spend analytics, contract management and supplier lifecycle management
• Proficiency in ERP/P2P systems (Oracle or equivalent)
• Ability to present insights clearly and influence key stakeholders
• Strong prioritisation, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, curious and adaptable approach to continuous improvement
