Tabcorp is implementing a transformative Retail Strategy across ~4,000 TAB venues, introducing a new commercial model, NextGen wagering terminals, a Rewards Program, and enhanced customer promotions. We’re seeking a Program Manager to oversee business and technology projects that deliver this strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, timely delivery, and budget compliance. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, drive process improvements, and provide clear reporting, while steering key initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program and organisational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Regulatory teams, providing clear updates and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for optimal execution and commercial management.
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Drive process improvements and provide concise status reports to senior leadership on milestones and challenges.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in leading business programs, ideally with exposure to technology initiatives.
  • Significant senior project management experience, including time in program leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience delivering projects in highly regulated environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and recognised industry certifications (e.g., CPPM, PRINCE2, PMP).
