What you’ll do

You’ll turn complex regulatory requirements into practical, day-to-day processes that strengthen Tabcorp’s compliance framework. You’ll work across Legal, Technology, Risk, and business teams to design controls, monitor compliance, and embed a strong compliance culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating regulations into practical, testable controls and monitoring programs.
  • Advising business teams on obligations and embedding compliance into processes.
  • Conducting reviews, spot checks, and investigations to identify gaps or emerging risks.
  • Preparing clear reports for senior leaders and supporting audit readiness and regulatory engagement.

What you’ll bring

  • Expertise in designing compliance frameworks, controls, and monitoring programs.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them pragmatically in a commercial setting.
  • Strong communication skills to educate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to spot risks, prioritise actions, and design practical solutions.
  • Independence and confidence in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
