As Trade Engagement & Communications Manager, you’ll be the voice of the MAX brand, ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint. You’ll lead communications, marketing, and sales enablement strategies that strengthen our market presence and deliver measurable value.

You’ll also manage a portfolio of industry partnerships, maximising benefits for MAX and its stakeholders, and play a key role in guiding strategic decisions across the business. Reporting directly to the General Manager MAX, you’ll influence customer strategies, brand initiatives, and marketing programs that drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own and protect the MAX brand, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that deliver or exceed financial objectives
  • Manage industry partnerships and maximise benefits for MAX and stakeholders
  • Oversee marketing planning, budgeting, and compliance across all jurisdictions
  • Plan and execute communication requirements across owned, earned, paid, and shared channels
  • Create and manage advertising and sales collateral, including trade ads and sales material
  • Lead MAX’s presence at major industry trade shows and smaller trade events
  • Manage digital platforms including max.com.au and MAX LinkedIn channel
  • Collaborate with Data & Insights to leverage market intelligence for better outcomes
  • Support key projects and enable resource flexibility across the business

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and brand management
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills
  • Creative, innovative thinker with digital expertise
  • Experience in trade marketing and event management
  • Understanding of compliance in a highly regulated industry
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes
