Your role in action

Reporting to the Transaction Monitoring Team Lead, you will investigate alerts, assess potential risks, and contribute to a safer experience for our customers. Your work supports critical decisions and strengthens our financial crime framework.

  • Review and investigate transaction alerts to identify potential financial crime risks
  • Analyse behaviour patterns to spot unusual or suspicious activity
  • Identify red flags and assess potential escalation requirements
  • Escalate matters in line with procedures and regulatory expectations
  • Maintain clear, accurate, audit‑ready case documentation
  • Provide insights to enhance monitoring rules and reduce false positives

What you'll need to succeed

You are detail‑focused, curious, and confident investigating complex information. You thrive in a team that values accuracy, good judgement, and a proactive approach to keeping our environment safe.

  • Experienced in financial crime or compliance investigations
  • Strong analytical capability with an eye for behavioural patterns
  • Proven ability to make sound, well‑supported decisions
  • Strong written communication and case documentation skills
  • Ability to work with monitoring or case management systems
  • Ability to interpret legislation and apply it to real‑world activity
