As the go-to person for our fleet team, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring everything flows effortlessly — and your impact will be felt from day one. 

Your role in action 

In this part-time role (20–25 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday), you’ll report to the Senior Manager Procurement – Non-Tech and bring stability, support, and clarity to our daily fleet operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for drivers, keeping admin running smoothly, data accurate, and processes humming. 

• Lead day-to-day fleet admin and support smooth operational flow. 

• Coordinate driver onboarding, offboarding, and vehicle allocations. 

• Manage queries as first point of contact for all driver needs. 

• Process and reconcile invoices accurately and on time. 

• Maintain high-quality data for reporting and decision-making. 

• Support communications, updates, and operational coordination. 
 

What you'll need to succeed 

You’re someone who thrives on keeping things organised, clear, and moving. You take initiative, adapt quickly, and enjoy being the steady hand at the centre of the action. Your administration strength shines through in every task, and you’re confident juggling multiple moving parts with ease. 

• Strong administrative skills with proven coordination capability – no specific Fleet experience required 

• Experienced in managing concurrent tasks with accuracy and focus. 

• Ability to build relationships and support drivers and stakeholders. 

• Proven ability to maintain accurate data and spot inconsistencies. 

• Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive communication. 

• Comfortable navigating systems and processing operational tasks.
