How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Customer Due Diligence Manager, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding Tabcorp against financial crime. You’ll assess high-risk customers, investigate complex structures, and deliver insights that shape decisions.

  • Lead enhanced due diligence reviews on high-risk customers
  • Analyse complex ownership structures and beneficial ownership
  • Verify source of funds and source of wealth documentation
  • Review of politically exposed persons, sanctions, and adverse media findings
  • Prepare clear, defensible reports and recommendations
  • Escalate matters to senior leaders when required
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information
  • Contribute to uplift of frameworks, playbooks, and quality standards

You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to make sound recommendations. With proven capability in financial crime investigations, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and judgement matter.

  • Experienced in enhanced due diligence, customer verification, or financial crime reviews
  • Proven ability to analyse complex corporate structures with clarity
  • Strong written communication and risk assessment skills
  • Ability to use leading screening tools with confidence
  • Significant knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism frameworks
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, or business (desirable)
  • Professional certification such as CAMS or equivalent (advantageous)
