Step into a role where your attention to detail keeps the commercial engine running. As a Billing Administrator within Gaming Services at MAX, you play a vital role ensuring revenue is captured accurately, subcontractors are paid on time, and contracts are delivered as agreed. You will join a close knit team that partners with operations, finance and technical teams, helping turn complex service activity into clear, accurate financial outcomes.

 

How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Commercial Contracts and Accounts Manager, this role supports end to end billing and financial administration across subcontractors and customer contracts. You will be at the centre of day to day operations, ensuring billing accuracy, resolving queries and supporting teams to deliver with confidence.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Identify billable work and prepare accurate billing files for customer approval
  • Raise invoices and process subcontractor payments within agreed timeframes
  • Validate invoices against contracts, scopes and agreed rate structures
  • Maintain accurate billing records, revenue data and contract documentation
  • Partner with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve billing queries
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure subcontractor payments run smoothly

 

What you'll need to succeed

You are detail driven, organised and confident working with data, contracts and people. You enjoy getting things right the first time and thrive in a fast moving environment where you can take ownership and make a real difference.

  • Experience in billing, accounts administration or revenue operations environments
  • Proven ability to interpret contracts, invoices and rate based billing structures
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and accountability
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Confident working with spreadsheets, data and financial systems
  • Strong organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
